KB synthetic air compressor oil is carefully formulated using high-quality synthetic technology base oil combined with various high-performance additives, specifically developed to meet the stringent lubrication requirements of compressor manufacturers for screw compressor units. It can also provide very long oil change cycles under harsh operating conditions.

-- The synthetic technology base oil has excellent thermal stability and oxidation stability, combined with special additive combinations, making it have a long service life even under harsh high-temperature operating conditions. - Good rust and corrosion resistance, able to form a very effective protective film on metal surfaces, providing effective rust and corrosion protection regardless of whether the compressor operates at high temperatures or starts or stops at low temperatures. - The excellent anti foam characteristics can effectively prevent the lubrication failure caused by air entrainment, and can greatly reduce the foaming and prevent the overflow of cylinders and tanks. - With strong anti emulsification performance, water can be quickly separated and eliminated, effectively preventing the production of high viscosity emulsion paste in oil products and causing the machine head to jam.

 

Application scope

Suitable for lubrication of oil immersed, oil injected rotary blade air compressors or screw air compressors, especially suitable for harsh working conditions. Under normal use, the oil change cycle can reach up to 5000-6000 hours.
